An opportunity for a experienced Management Accountant to join a Property and Real Estate Investment organisation based in Melbourne's CBD. Recent organic growth and growth through acquisition has led to the addition this newly created role. Client Details Our client is a growing real estate investment and asset management business focused on identifying opportunities, improving performance, and delivering long-term value. The company combines strategic acquisition with hands-on management to optimise and enhance its portfolio. Description The Management Accountant will be responsible for, but not limited to: Manage and maintain accurate financial records and property accounts. Prepare financial reports and statements for internal and external stakeholders. Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and standards. Assist with budget preparation and financial forecasting. Capital Expenditure & Operational expenditure analysis Project Accounting activities Business Partnering with clients Support the reconciliation of accounts and resolve discrepancies. Process improvement initiatives Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth financial operations. Provide insights and recommendations for financial improvement.
