Temp Fin Acc required 3 days per week to assist a growing FMCG organisation for a period of up to 6 months. Your new company A wellestablished organisation based in Melbournes western suburbs is currently delivering several finance transformation and improvement projects and requires an experienced Financial Accountant to join their team on a temporary basis.This is a handson contract role offering exposure to projectbased finance work within a fastpaced environment, with the potential for extension. Your new role Temporary contract for up to 6 months (with possible extension) Hybrid working 3 days per week onsite Join a collaborative finance team supporting multiple finance initiatives Immediate start or short notice preferred Assist with monthend and yearend close processes Prepare and review balance sheet reconciliations Support financial reporting, statutory and compliance requirements Contribute to process improvement and finance projects Partner with stakeholders across the business to support project delivery Adhoc analysis and support as required during peak periods What you'll need to succeed CA or CPA qualified (or near completion) Proven experience in a Financial Accountant or Senior Accountant role Strong technical accounting knowledge and attention to detail Ability to adapt quickly and add value in a contract environment Confident communicator who can work autonomously and within a team Industry experience in FMCG or Agribusiness is highly advantageous.
