About the role As a Product Marketing Lead you will designs, manage and execute the product marketing strategy in consultation with key product, sales and marketing stakeholders. This includes defining the product positioning, integrated messaging, enablement plan and product marketing campaign priorities. Develop compelling GTM product marketing strategies that connect with the buyers across their journey. Develop and execute the go-to-market strategy for Vocus product portfolios, including defining product positioning, messaging, and value propositions (in alignment with brand, comms and segment leads). Align strategy with relevant stakeholders to operationalise the GTM process and drive fully integrated go-to-market campaign across our channels to market. Brief cross-functional teams on content requirements and work to orchestrate their delivery. Build and execute campaigns in consultation with the Marketing Segment Leads and Head of Brand and Digital Marketing that drive awareness, adoption, and revenue growth in collaboration with broader marketing team, product teams and key sales stakeholders. Work with product and industry marketing manager to: gather customer insights to inform product development and positioning; and develop tailored content launches and messaging for targeted content segmenting and industry verticals. Develop and maintain relationships with industry influencers to drive thought leadership and advocacy for our products and solutions. Monitor and analyse market and competitive trends to inform and input into product strategy and marketing initiatives. Develop success metrics, measurement methods and reporting processes for the GTM initiatives. Provide leadership and mentorship, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Key skills & experience The following knowledge, experience, capabilities, qualifications, and attributes are required to be successful in the role. Minimum of 8 years in a role with a level of product marketing, content and campaign accountability, preferably within the Telecommunications industry.
