North Sydney (Hybrid) Up to $115k super We are looking for a hands-on Digital Marketing Manager to join a boutique ecommerce business based in North Sydney. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, autonomy and seeing the direct impact of their work. You will join a tight-knit team of around 15 people where production, fulfilment and marketing all operate under one roof. This role suits a digital marketer who is confident with paid social, has some CRM experience and enjoys working closely with founders in a practical, non-corporate environment. You will work closely with the founders and be supported by a junior content creator, as well as external consultants for Google Ads and SEO. Responsibilities Run and optimise paid social campaigns, mainly across Meta Assist with email marketing and CRM activity, including basic EDMs and flows Oversee a junior Content Creator Review content and creative with a strong eye for what looks good and fits the brand Key skills 3 years experience in digital marketing Strong hands-on experience with Meta paid social Some experience with CRM/EDMs (Klaviyo is a bonus) A good eye for content, visual quality and brand storytelling Why join?
