Performance Marketing Team Lead Remote | Australia Lumen People Co. is excited to be partnering with a boutique, industry-leading eCommerce performance agency that is scaling its paid media division. This is a senior leadership role for someone who thrives across client strategy, execution and team development. You will lead a pod of performance marketing specialists, while owning strategy and execution across your own small portfolio of well known Australian eCommerce brands. Your work will directly influence revenue growth, customer acquisition and profitability for brands that are scaling quickly and taking performance seriously. You will have visibility across broader business objectives, not just platform metrics, and play a key role in shaping how these brands grow online. You’ll be working with ambitious eCommerce businesses that value smart strategy, strong commercial thinking and long term performance impact. What You’ll Be Doing Owning paid media strategy across Meta (primary), Google, TikTok and Pinterest Leading campaign planning, optimisation and budget allocation Acting as senior strategic lead across your client portfolio Running performance reviews and translating data into clear commercial direction Identifying growth opportunities across accounts Mentoring and developing 2 to 3 paid media specialists Improving processes and ensuring high quality, on time delivery What Success Looks Like Confidently managing significant daily ad spend across large eCommerce brands Connecting performance metrics to revenue and broader business outcomes Leading client conversations with clarity and authority Balancing hands on execution with strong leadership Building a pod that is accountable, collaborative and commercially sharp What You Bring 5 years in performance marketing, with agency experience Proven experience driving results for eCommerce brands Deep expertise in Meta, plus strong working knowledge of Google Experience leading or mentoring team members Strong commercial acumen and analytical thinking Excellent communication skills and client confidence A genuine passion for scaling eCommerce brands If you’re an experienced performance marketer ready to lead accounts, mentor a pod and drive real growth across eCommerce brands, we’d love to hear from you.
