The opportunity to lead, shape & develop the end to end CRM & Customer Lifecycle strategy for one of Australia's biggest Retailers, in a true omni-channel business. Working directly alongside the GM of Digital and leading a large CRM team, this is a high impact, Senior Leadership role, joining the business at a time of peak transformation & growth. The Role: This role will lead the CRM strategy development & delivery across automation, customer engagement, insights, data & optimisation for a portfolio of Retail brands. Working amongst one of the most advanced Digital teams in the industry, this role will shape & drive activity across retention, LTV, lifecycle & loyalty, uniting customer experience across stores & eCommerce channels and drive technical advancement.
