The Production & Business Affairs Executive in Sydney supports the production and legal aspects of Apple’s advertising for ANZ. Coordinate with external counsel to gather information, support risk assessments, prepare submissions, and track responses from regulatory bodies. Help manage localization projects coming from LA and London into ANZ, ensuring correct approvals, usage, and compliance. Assist with key production stages, including pre-pro meetings, casting, shoots, post-production, and final client approval. Support vetting of content, talent, partners, and influencers, and help apply an ANZ context and risk lens to work. Assist in drafting and maintaining legal lines, trackers, and age rating assessments. Help ensure client security and confidentiality requirements are met, including NDAs and secure handling of materials. Manage day-to-day administrative tasks: bids, production finance admin, POs, reconciliations, vendor invoicing, scheduling, and presentation materials. Maintain logs, trackers, and precedent folders, capturing learnings and key data for future reference. You have 1–2 years’ experience in Business Affairs, Production, Licensing, or a related field (entertainment, media, etc.). You’re an excellent communicator with strong written skills and meticulous attention to detail. You’re curious about how creative work gets made and want to build a career in production, with an interest in the legal side. You have an interest in the ANZ advertising and tech landscape, including basic awareness of advertising regulations. You’re a collaborative team player with a calm, positive, “can do” attitude, even under pressure. You’re comfortable in a fast-paced creative environment and motivated to learn, take feedback, and grow.
