About the Role: Are you ready to play a key role in a fast-paced sales environment? We are seeking a motivated Sales Administration Officer to join our dynamic team in Redbank . This role offers variety, responsibility, and the chance to make a real impact. This is a full-time, fixed-term contract for 6 months , with the possibility of extension. Key Responsibilities: Manage incoming enquiries and direct leads to the right team members. Prepare quotations, tenders, and documentation for internal and external stakeholders. Ensure accurate and timely data entry in systems like InspHire, Salesforce, or Navision. Maintain and manage Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems. Collaborate with stakeholders for prompt and professional responses. Perform general administration and support continuous improvement in customer service. Handle ad hoc administrative tasks as needed. What We’re Looking For: Experience in a similar admin role within a busy environment. Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. High attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent multitasking and time management skills. Initiative and a proactive approach to supporting the sales team. Team-oriented mindset.
