Permanent role based in Darra offering $65k Super Your New Role Working closely with the operations team and senior leadership, this newly created role plays a key part in maintaining smooth daytoday workflow across projects, fleet, invoicing, and reporting. Youll receive a thorough handover for invoicing responsibilities, gradually taking on additional tasks as you grow into the role. Operational Service Invoicing. Project Creation in WorkGuru and Asana. System Administration in WorkGuru and Asana. Provide Utilisation reports to COO (Chief operating officer) and NOM (National operations manager) Attend Handover meetings between Operations, Sales and Rentals. Manage the Alltel On Call roster and phone management process. Manage New and Existing fleet details in WorkGuru. Youll work alongside a team of 89 operational staff, with regular interaction with the National Operations Manager and COO. What Youll Need to Succeed To excel in this role, youll bring a combination of strong administrative capability, practical thinking, and the confidence to communicate with tradesbased teams. Experience in a similar operational, scheduling, or projectsupport environmentpreferably within a bluecollar, technical, or servicebased industry The ability to remain calm, steady, and solutionsfocused in a busy environment where priorities can shift quickly A downtoearth personality and the confidence to communicate with field staff Strong skills across Microsoft Office, Outlook, work management platforms, and the ability to learn new systems quickly (experience with Asana, WorkGuru, or Google Sheets is beneficial) A team mindset and willingness to collaborate with multiple departments Reliability, adaptability, and a genuine focus on accuracy and followthrough What Youll Get in Return This is an opportunity to step into a newly created position where you can make the role your own and contribute to meaningful operational improvements.
