As a Director of Service (commonly known as a Coordinator), you'll lead a team to create a safe, fun, and compliant program, plan engaging activities, supervise children, and build strong relationships with the school and community while managing your service. This permanent, full-time opportunity offers flexibility to work from home for your admin hours between service times. You'll be supported every step of the way by a Mentor and Regional Manager, ensuring you have everything you need to thrive in your role. Service Location: Woombye QLD 4559, this busy service is supported a great team of permanent educators and casuals and is a great opportunity for a strong leader who enjoys being challenged and loves to make a positive difference to the service that they manage.
