Description The Opportunity We have an exciting opportunity for you to join one of Australia’s best loved bakery brands in a key role managing and executing the end to end loyalty and CRM strategy for our Loyalty Program, Dough Getters. With our office in Camberwell, and reporting to the Loyalty Program Manager, you will support the successful execution of our loyalty program. Broadly speaking, you will be busy: developing customer-facing loyalty initiatives to enhance the customer lifecycle journey, deliver targeted campaigns to drive engagement, repeat visits and lapse prevention; leading the execution of the loyalty and CRM campaigns, supported by a Loyalty Specialist; measuring and reporting on loyalty and CRM campaign performance, supported by a Customer Analyst; help execute our customer persona segmentation model and frequency group model that enables us to deliver personalised experiences to our members; communicating loyalty and CRM campaign details and performance to Franchisees & internal stakeholders; and developing surveys in partnership with our research agency to study NPS of our members and develop strategies to improve or amplify feedback and sentiment. Let’s hear about you! The ideal candidate will have relevant tertiary qualifications with a business, marketing, advertising or communications focus. Previous experience working in a retail or franchise environment is essential, and it is important you have proven hands on experience working in a loyalty or CRM manager role so as to bring your knowledge, experience and expertise to the team and business. You are comfortable taking initiative and translating strategic objectives into practical business solutions. You pride yourself on understanding and translating campaign performance and customer data into commercial insights. You will be comfortable working with multiple stakeholders, both internally and externally. It goes without saying you will be an excellent communicator (written and verbal) and can work to tight deadlines. You are able to produce high quality documentation, have excellent organisation and time management skills and your fast-paced work ethic will ensure your success within the team. Why Bakers Delight?
