Retirement Living Sales Manager Full time Max term contract- 12 months Camberwell (some travel to other sites: Doncaster East (main one initially), Macleod, Potentially Frankston South Join Baptcare's Residential Living Operations team as a Sales Manager and help connect seniors with their perfect retirement home. Based in Camberwell, you'll play a key role in supporting older adults as they transition to comfortable, community-focused living. About the Opportunity We're seeking an experienced sales professional who genuinely cares about improving lives. You'll manage the sales process for our retirement living communities, building relationships with prospective residents and their families during what can be a significant life decision. Working within our supportive Residential Living Operations team, you'll have the opportunity to showcase beautiful homes and vibrant communities while helping people find where they truly belong. What You'll Do Guide prospective residents through property tours and sales consultations Build trusted relationships with seniors and their families Manage sales inquiries and maintain accurate prospect databases Collaborate with marketing teams to promote retirement living options Achieve sales targets while maintaining exceptional customer service standards Attend community events and information sessions What We're Looking For Proven sales experience, preferably in property, aged care, or related sectors Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Empathy and patience when working with older adults and families Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Current driver's license and reliable transport Weekend work flexibility as required How to Apply Click 'Apply Now' to submit your application.
