The Client: Our client is a Perth based, multi disciplined firm that delivers project management, facilities and asset management across a wide range of asset classes. They provide comprehensive facilities programs and capital project initiatives. Now they are looking to expand their team and bring in a Project & Facilities Coordinator who has had exposure to creating preventative maintenance schedules and arranging large CAPEX works for commercial clients. This role would be perfect for someone who would like to work for a smaller, specialist Facilities and Asset Management provider and has an appetite for growth within the company. Your responsibilities will include: Manage the execution of planned/preventative and reactive maintenance activities across a state wide contract Lead refurbishment, fit-out, and capital improvement projects Develop scopes of work, tender documentation, and contractor selection Manage project budgets, timelines, and reporting Coordinate consultants, contractors, and stakeholders Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to specification Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to deliver scope of work Review job reports, assess invoices, update asset registers, and close Assist in ensuring compliance across all projects Conduct HSEQ audits of jobs and subcontractors Maintain documentation and records to comply with contract reporting requirements.
