Track Superintendent Location: Perth based, with site travel required during shutdown periods. We are currently seeking experienced and driven Track Superintendents to lead core Operations across our major client projects in the Pilbara. This is a key operational leadership role responsible for ensuring the safe, efficient, and compliant delivery of rail works within a major mining environment. About the Role The Track Superintendent is responsible for overseeing day-to-day site activities, ensuring all works are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with client and statutory requirements. This role requires strong operational leadership, client engagement capability, and the ability to manage workforce, plant, and logistics in a high-performance rail environment. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage all site operations across our client’s works Scope and plan work activities in alignment with operational requirements Manage labour, plant, equipment, and materials across multiple work fronts Oversee supervisors and frontline personnel to ensure safe and efficient delivery Ensure all works comply with site standards, rail specifications, and Cat5 Rail procedures Manage project budgets, cost control, and reporting requirements Drive HSE performance in line with site-specific management plans Maintain strong working relationships with client representatives and key stakeholders Monitor project progress and provide detailed operational reporting About You Minimum 5 years’ experience in a Superintendent or senior leadership role Demonstrated experience working in a heavy haul or mining rail environment Strong understanding of track infrastructure, maintenance, and construction activities Certificate III in Rail Infrastructure (essential) Proven leadership capability in remote or resource-sector operations Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organisational skills Strong commitment to safety leadership and compliance What We Offer Opportunity to join a fast-paced, growing track team and lead operations within a major WA mining rail network Long-term operational role with a growing and respected contractor Competitive remuneration package Supportive leadership team within a family-owned business How to Apply If you are a results-driven rail professional with strong operational leadership experience and are ready to take ownership of our core operations and strengthen our client relationships, we encourage you to apply.
