You will ensure safety, quality, and program milestones are met while fostering a positive and productive site environment. You’ll lead from the front—driving performance, resolving challenges, managing subcontractors, and ensuring work is delivered to the highest standards. Key Responsibilities Lead and mentor site teams to drive project outcomes Manage subcontractors and on-site operations to program Ensure compliance with HSEQ requirements and company systems Deliver projects to high quality with minimal rework Collaborate with internal stakeholders and clients for seamless delivery Proactively identify and resolve issues to keep projects on track About You Extensive experience as a Site Manager on commercial construction projects ($50M) Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Proven ability to manage and motivate teams in a fast-paced environment Solid understanding of WA construction standards and safety protocols Trade background and previous WA experience highly regarded Proficiency in systems such as Aconex and Hammertech desirable Ready to Lead with Impact?
