Civil Operators: MC, HC & HR Drivers Plant Operators Location: WA (Metro & FIFO Projects) Roster: Project based | Immediate starts Rates: Competitive hourly rates penalties super About the Role We’re ramping up for multiple upcoming civil infrastructure projects and are looking for experienced and reliable Civil Operators and Truck Drivers to join our growing workforce. These roles suit motivated operators who are safety-focused, productive on site, and keen for consistent long-term work across major civil projects including roadworks, subdivisions, bulk earthworks, rail, drainage, and infrastructure upgrades. We are seeking experienced operators for: MC, HC & HR Truck Drivers (haul trucks, tippers, water carts, side tippers) Excavator Operators Grader Operators Dozer, Roller & Loader Operators Skid Steer / Positrack Operators Multi-skilled Civil Plant Operators What You’ll Need Relevant HR / HC / MC licence (for truck drivers) Relevant tickets & VOCs for plant operators Proven civil construction experience White Card (Construction Induction) Ability to pass pre-employment medical & D&A Strong safety-first attitude Ability to work long hours, overtime and weekends where required Desirable FIFO experience Rail, roadworks or subdivision project experience Water cart / tipper experience Final trim or GPS experience Multi-skilled operators highly regarded What’s In It For You Major civil projects with reputable Tier 1 & Tier 2 contractors Competitive pay penalties super Fortnightly pay
