About the Role Take full responsibility for the day-to-day management of medium-density townhouse developments Plan and manage construction programmes to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget Coordinate and supervise trades, suppliers, and subcontractors on site Maintain high standards of workmanship, safety, and compliance with relevant building codes Conduct site meetings, inspections, and quality checks throughout the build Work closely with Construction Managers, Project Managers, and head office teams About You Demonstrated experience as a Site Manager or Senior Site Supervisor within townhouse or medium-density residential construction Strong knowledge of residential building practices, sequencing, and services coordination Confident managing multiple dwellings and fast-paced build programmes Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills Trade qualification or formal building qualification highly regarded What’s on Offer Secure, long-term role with a respected Melbourne townhouse builder Consistent workflow across multiple medium-density projects Supportive leadership team and clear construction processes Competitive salary package with genuine career progression opportunities
