What you’ll be doing Provide Level 1–2 technical support/administration across multiple client environments Troubleshoot, diagnose, resolve or escalate technical issues Carry out on-site client visits as needed (you’ll be the friendly face of the team) Keep documentation accurate and up to date Recommend improvements and better ways of working Support senior project delivery from time to time What you’ll bring Prior MSP experience across a mix of: Windows, M365, Azure, On Prem, Intune, Backup & DR, Networking, Security, Scripting (don’t need them all – training provided!)
