As a Technical Business Analyst - Beam , you’ll play a key role in delivering end to end technical business analysis, stakeholder engagement, and service design across complex, multi stakeholder initiatives within ART. Acting as a bridge between business needs and technical solutions, you will ensure alignment with strategic objectives while translating complex requirements into intuitive, user centred outcomes. Day to day, you'll: Translate business needs into clear, testable requirements, specifications and user stories. Collaborate with stakeholders across Product, Architecture, Engineering, QA, Product Design and Support to ensure solutions are fit for purpose and aligned to strategy and constraints. Break down strategy and roadmap into epics and features, supporting prioritisation through evidence-based analysis of user needs, business value and technical considerations. Support the product lifecycle from discovery through launch by providing structured analysis, clear problem statements, and maintaining decision and traceability artefacts. Partner with engineers to define data, process and interface requirements; work with QA to agree acceptance criteria and ensure end to end traceability to tests outcomes. Assess impacts of confirmed regulatory and legislative changes on Beam products and processes, translating them into requirements and change actions in partnership with Compliance. Support incident and issue management by assessing impact, defining remediation requirements and verifying outcomes. This role is available as a 12-month max-term/ secondment opportunity. While our preference is for Brisbane, we are open to considering candidates in Melbourne or Sydney. About you It goes without saying you'll be a great communicator with top notch interpersonal skills. We'll also expect you to pick up problems and come up with quick, creative ways to solve them. It's quite likely you tick some of the following boxes too: Proven experience as a Business Analyst or Technical BA in digital or technology teams, including experience in agile product environments. Strong understanding of business analysis practices, including user story writing, acceptance criteria, backlog refinement and requirements elicitation. Proficiency in producing key analysis artefacts (process maps, data flows, sequence diagrams, decision logs). Understanding of quality assurance practices and traceability from requirements to tests. Experience working with Product Managers, designers, architects, engineers and QA to ensure backlog items meet Definition of Ready.
