High profile finance transformation 12-month daily rate contract - opportunity to extend Fast paced PE-backed organisation Currently seeking an experienced Project Lead to focus on several exciting Finance transformations off the back of a recent PE acquisition. You will also be responsible for the effective and efficient management of the projects within the agreed timeframes, budget, quality and resources to deliver objectives. Projects included an ERP implementation, operating model change and process improvement. My client is a very highly respected services business based in Sydney. Required Experience Proven success working in finance transformation projects is essential. Proven success working on Finance ERP Projects is essential. Experience of working in a PE backed business is highly desirable. CA / CPA qualified is preferred. Ideally have previous experience of working in consulting. Exceptional stakeholder management, natural leadership skills and client relationship skills High-level time management skills with the ability to prioritise multiple pieces of work according to the importance Strong communications skills, both written and verbal, including a personable and professional phone manner and the ability to communicate with both internal staff and onsite clients. Ability to work autonomously or collaboratively and apply problem-solving skills. Attention to detail, High-level organisation skills and result-orientated.
