An excellent opportunity has arisen for an Accounts Payable Officer to join their finance team in this fast-paced, high-volume environment. Reporting to the Accounts Payable Team Lead, your responsibilities will include: Processing supplier invoices accurately and managing timely payment runs Reconciling supplier statements and resolving discrepancies promptly Managing payment queries from internal stakeholders and external suppliers Maintaining accurate accounts payable records and supporting documentation Assisting with month-end procedures and reporting requirements Supporting the finance team with ad-hoc projects and process improvements Building strong working relationships with suppliers and internal teams Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures You'll bring 4-5 years of accounts payable experience from a similar sized organisation, along with strong attention to detail and effective communication skills. A degree qualification in accounting, finance or a related field is essential. Sound Excel and accounting software skills are important, and you'll be comfortable working collaboratively within a finance team environment while managing high transaction volumes.
