We are looking for a motivated Field Service Engineer to provide first level on-site or remote technical support and to ensure the quality and timely service of equipment. In this role you will repair, and trouble shoot problems for our customers who are using our Aesthetic medical devices, predominantly laser machines. This role will be based in Alexandria with travel to our customer sites based in metro NSW and solving technical problems and issues over the phone. You will work with a small team of skilled technicians, in a varied role which will see your time shared across the field and warehouse. Deliver exceptional customer service and support Provide specialised support from a remote location either by telephone or email or onsite support Develop and maintain expert knowledge and skill in supported products Negotiate timeframes for solution implementation with clients and communicate with clients on progress updates throughout problem resolution Manage customer expectations and follow up strategies to ensure customer satisfaction Preferred Experience and Qualifications 2 years proven experience in the installation and ongoing maintenance of electromechanically driven machinery Engineering Qualifications in Industrial Electronics, Laser Technology Experience working with precision optical & mechanical alignments and medical/laser device support will be highly regarded.
