Lead Implementation Consultants – HCM Perm Sydney or Melbourne. 3 days p/w on-site Precision Sourcing are partnering with a global HCM Solutions Provider as they seek Implementation Consultants to work on Australian and APAC SAP ECC PY (on-prem) Solutions. We are looking for: 1 x Lead Implementation Consultant: $160k base super 1 x Senior Lead Implementation Consultant: $180k base super The role: Design and implement SAP ECC PY (on-prem) solutions to organisations based in Australia and in APAC. In this role, you will design, develop and own the entire solution coupled with liaising with configuration and testing teams to oversee successful implementations of bespoke payroll solutions. Key responsibilities: Implement solutions using this organisation’s implementation methodology and this organisation’s product, based on SAP ECC PY Design and document the client’s solution including their business requirements and any program specifications Liaise with internal stakeholders including Basis, Application Support, and Product Management (to name a few) to ensure that clients receive the highest levels of service. Support clients through the UAT, Parallel Testing and Go-Live phases. Key experience: Multiple E2E SAP ECC PY (on-prem) implementations (the number of implemetnations will dictate seniority) Proven experience with Australian payroll concepts (ie.
