12 month Fixed Term Contract Business that are heavily investing in AI End to end delivery Senior Data Scientist Artificial Intelligence Team | Fixed Term Contract Are you a technically strong Data Scientist who enjoys solving complex problems end-to-end from experimentation through to production? This company are building advanced AI capability within their organisation and are looking for a Senior Data Scientist to help design, deploy, and operationalise cutting-edge machine learning solutions across the business. This is not a research only role. This is real world AI in production. The Opportunity You'll work across the full breadth of modern data science, including: Natural Language Processing (NLP) & LLM applications Time-series forecasting & anomaly detection Computer vision & speech technologies IoT and sensor data modelling Statistical modelling and advanced ML algorithms Cloud-native deployment (Azure environment preferred) You'll take ownership of projects from concept through to deployment, collaborating with Infrastructure and Operations teams to ensure solutions are robust, scalable, and production-ready. What You'll Be Doing Design, build and deploy ML/AI models in managed cloud environments Develop NLP solutions (NER, sentiment analysis, text classification, topic modelling, clustering, document understanding) Apply specialised modelling techniques including geospatial analytics and time-series forecasting Productionise models using MLOps best practices (CI/CD for ML) Work across SQL/NoSQL data stores and ETL/ELT workflows Communicate insights and progress clearly with business stakeholders Contribute to innovation and technical direction within the AI function What We're Looking For 4 years' experience developing and deploying data science or AI models Strong grounding in statistics and machine learning algorithms Experience working with NLP and/or LLM technologies Proficiency in Python (NumPy, pandas, SciPy, scikit-learn) Experience deploying ML solutions in Azure (or similar cloud platforms) Practical exposure to MLOps and model productionisation Strong stakeholder communication skills Why Join?
