WHO YOU ARE We are interested in hearing from you if you: have a minimum of 12 months' post-qualification experience [up to senior level] as a registered Australian/NZ patent attorney [or are an overseas qualified patent attorney currently nearing qualification in Australia/NZ]; have a degree or higher qualifications in ENGINEERING (electrical, mechanical, computer), Information, Communications & Technology (ICT) or similar; has solid hands-on experience in prosecuting/drafting engineering/ICT/electrical patents; have strong technical, analytical communication/people skills strong commercial acumen; are hungry committed to furthering your own SUCCESS to the MAX with a highly dedicated supportive employer; are willing and able to relocate long-term/permanently to Melbourne.
