We are seeking an experienced Senior Corporate/Commercial Lawyer to join a well-established and highly regarded Brisbane-based firm. This is an excellent opportunity to work closely with business clients, founders and professional advisers on high-quality corporate and commercial matters, while enjoying autonomy, strong client relationships and a clear pathway for professional growth. The Role You will advise on a broad range of corporate and commercial matters, including: Trust structures Corporate structuring and restructures Share sales and acquisitions Shareholder and unitholder agreements Employee share and incentive schemes Business structuring and succession planning Commercial agreements and general advisory work Tax-effective structuring (in conjunction with accountants and professional advisers) You will work directly with business owners and decision-makers, providing pragmatic, commercially focused advice aligned to their strategic objectives.
