What you’ll do: Establish, implement and continuously improve data quality processes, tools and dashboards to proactively monitor, remediate and uplift the quality of master and reference data. Manage enterprise metadata assets, including data dictionaries and catalogues, to improve data discoverability, transparency and shared understanding across the organisation. Design, implement and optimise MDM solutions that ensure the integrity, reliability and lifecycle management of critical organisational data. Partner closely with data owners, business users and technology teams to identify data issues, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and align data solutions with business priorities. Develop and deliver data quality metrics, dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights, track progress and inform decision-making. What we are looking for: Tertiary qualification in Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, or a related discipline. Relevant intermediate to advanced Microsoft Azure Data certifications Strong understanding of data quality management concepts, including data profiling, cleansing, enrichment and remediation techniques. Demonstrated experience in enterprise data management, including master, reference and metadata management. Experience designing, defining and enforcing data quality rules, business rules and data controls, with exposure to data quality tooling. Proven ability to assess business and customer needs, translating them into data solutions aligned to broader organisational and strategic objectives.
