This is a customer-facing technical role combining office-based support and on-site field work . You will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and supporting POS systems, payment terminals, networks, and hospitality IT environments across Sydney. You’ll work closely with operations, sales, and product teams to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing support for the merchants. Key Responsibilities Technical Support Provide Level 1–2 ICT support for POS systems, payment terminals, kiosks, and digital signage Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues Remote and on-site diagnosis and resolution of client issues Manage ticketing system and ensure SLA compliance Installations & Deployments Install POS hardware (terminals, printers, cash drawers, KDS screens) Configure routers, switches, WiFi, and merchant networks Deploy the software and payment terminals Perform site readiness checks and merchant onboarding Payments & Devices Setup and troubleshoot EFTPOS/payment terminals Support SIM-based and broadband-connected devices Coordinate replacements and spare device inventory Systems & Infrastructure Assist with cloud services, device management, backups, and updates Maintain documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base Support internal IT systems (laptops, printers, user accounts) Client Relationship Provide professional on-site support to hospitality clients Train merchants on system usage Act as a trusted technical advisor to customers
