Job description Troocoo are proud to be partnering with a well-established and growing Managed IT Services provider seeking an experienced Account Manager to take ownership of a portfolio of existing clients. This role is focused on account growth, client retention, and strategic relationship management within a B2B technology environment. The Role You will be responsible for managing and developing a portfolio of existing accounts, building strong stakeholder relationships, and identifying opportunities to expand services across your client base. Key responsibilities Managing and growing revenue across an assigned portfolio of clients. Building long-term relationships with business and technical stakeholders. Conducting regular account reviews and strategic planning sessions. Identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities. Managing renewals and contract extensions. Acting as the primary commercial point of contact for your clients. Collaborating closely with internal delivery and technical teams to ensure exceptional service outcomes. Maintaining accurate forecasting and account plans within CRM. This is a farming-focused role, ideal for someone who enjoys consultative conversations and building trusted partnerships rather than pure new business hunting. About You 5–7 years’ experience in Account Management, Client Relationship Management or Customer Success. Proven success growing revenue within existing B2B accounts. Experience within IT services, managed services, or a technology-led environment. Strong commercial acumen and stakeholder management skills. Confident presenting to both business and technical audiences. Structured and proactive in managing pipeline, renewals and growth opportunities.
