An exciting opportunity has emerged for an experienced Systems Analyst to take ownership of core finance platforms as system accountability transitions into the Technology team. You’ll work hands‑on with stakeholders across finance, operations and IT to improve governance, streamline workflows and resolve legacy issues, ensuring systems are configured to best‑practice standards. About the role: Own and manage finance system processes, including workflow triggers and configuration Identify and resolve legacy issues where systems have not been optimally set up Collaborate with SMEs to understand current workflows and implement improvements Improve governance and consistency as systems move under IT ownership Partner with finance and operational teams to enhance system effectiveness Provide practical solutions that support business efficiency and best practice About you: Strong understanding of finance system flows, integrations and workflows Confident engaging with stakeholders across finance, operations and technology Able to take ownership, work autonomously and drive resolution of issues Comfortable navigating complex systems environments SAP expertise is essential — particularly S uccessFactors, experience with payroll systems, understanding of procurement platforms Leadership & Team Environment You will report directly to the Head of Technology, known for a collaborative and mentoring approach.
