Who We're Looking For We're interested in engineers, designers and specialists across the full water lifecycle, including: Civil Engineers (networks, pumping, pipelines, drainage) Planning Engineers (water, wastewater, modelling, strategy) Asset Management Engineers (condition assessments, renewals) Mechanical Engineers (Water Treatment) Mechanical, Electrical & Structural Engineers Civil, Mechanical and Structural Designers Project Managers Whether your passion lies in planning city-shaping networks, delivering strategic water infrastructure, improving treatment performance, or designing complex assets-we have pathways for you. With Us, You Can Make an Impact Deliver integrated water and wastewater projects for utilities, councils and major programs. Lead modelling, design and technical delivery across pipelines, treatment plants, pump stations and major network assets. Drive planning studies, feasibility investigations and business cases that influence key investment decisions. Shape sustainable, resilient water systems through Future Ready thinking. Work alongside some of the country's most respected water leaders and mentor the next generation of engineers. About You You're likely to bring: A degree in Engineering or related field, ideally with consulting or utility experience. Skills in planning, design, modelling, treatment, or asset management. Proven engineering or drafting experience, ideally gained within an engineering consultancy, water utility, or water authority environment. A passion for solving complex water challenges with innovation and technical excellence. Strong communication and collaboration skills.
