We are seeking a true hunter as our VIC - Business Development Manager who is a commercially sharp and understands how physical security and electronic systems intersect, and more importantly, how to commercialise that intersection for real growth. THE OPPORTUNITY You will be responsible for: Driving new business growth across electronic security and integrated manpower solutions Identifying and targeting high-value commercial and industrial sites Conducting site risk assessments and tailoring security solutions Building and maintaining a 3–4x pipeline coverage ratio Converting cold outreach into long-term contracted revenue Growing both installation revenue and recurring service streams Leveraging emerging AI-enabled security innovations to create competitive advantage DOES THIS SOUND LIKE YOU? You are a proactive, energetic and commercially sharp hunter with: Proven experience in electronic security, manpower security or integrated security services Strong understanding of how physical manpower and electronic systems intersect commercially Track record of consistent new business wins Confidence in cold calling, prospecting and door opening Experience conducting site inspections or security risk assessments Financial discipline around margin, revenue mix and recurring growth Ability to manage complex sales cycles and multiple stakeholders This role suits someone who thrives on activity, momentum and measurable performance.
