Highly respected and well known Tier 2 Builder are looking for an experienced Services Engineer or someone ready to step up into a Services Manager role to join the team. They are currently looking for someone for a $150 mil commercial project located in South Sydney. About the role: Key member of a team delivering a landmark data commercial project Involved in the coordination of the services trades right through to completion. Coordinate Sub-contractors and Shop drawing process Display expertise in all services, including Mechanical and Electrical Work closely with design and delivery team Your Background: To be considered for this role, you will ideally have: Strong background in building services management, with a focus on mechanical and electrical systems. Knowledge of design and ECI processes. Experience in working on/ managing commercial new build projects, large refurb projects and data centre projects Strong project management, time management, and organisational skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. The ability to take ownership and make informed decisions related to the project. A can-do, proactive attitude and 'hands-on' approach.
