Our client has a strong forward pipeline and is seeking a motivated Project Manager to lead commercial projects from structure through to completion. This role offers long-term career growth and progression into senior leadership, with a mix of site and office-based work Monday to Friday. Key Responsibilities • Lead the safe and compliant delivery of commercial construction projects, ensuring all WHS and regulatory requirements are met • Drive end-to-end project performance across program, cost, quality and risk • Manage and coordinate site teams, subcontractors and suppliers to achieve project milestones • Build and maintain strong client, consultant and stakeholder relationships • Establish and manage project budgets, procurement and delivery programs through to handover About You • Relevant qualifications in Construction Management or a related discipline • Minimum 4 years’ experience in a Project Manager role within commercial construction • Proven experience delivering D & C commercial fit out or Industrial up to $6M • Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills • Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver to strict deadlines For any questions relating to this role or other opportunities with Indi Recruitment & Labour Hire and our clients please contact Shane Clarke on 0406 926 863 or Jess Holmes 0492 480 293 or click apply.
