You will bring: Experience estimating civil infrastructure projects such as roads, rail, stations, utilities, water or industrial works Confidence using estimating platforms Ability to price both construct-only and D&C projects Strong skills preparing scopes of work and reviewing subcontractor pricing Practical knowledge of construction rates, benchmarks and market conditions Clear communication skills and a team-first approach About the Role Working as part of an established pre-contracts team, your responsibilities will include: Reviewing tender documents and identifying scope, risks and opportunities Preparing BOQs, RFQs and pricing schedules Managing subcontractor and supplier pricing comparisons Developing construction methodologies and tender programs Presenting estimates for internal review and supporting tender strategy Providing clear handover information to delivery teams About the Company Our client is a respected civil construction contractor delivering complex infrastructure projects across NSW and Queensland.
