What You’ll Be Doing Supervising and coordinating site activities on civil projects across Sydney Managing subcontractors, labour, and resources Overseeing safety, quality, and environmental standards on site Working closely with Project Engineers and Project Managers to keep jobs on track Leading toolbox talks and safety meetings Keeping accurate site records and reporting progress About You Previous experience as a Supervisor or Foreman in civil construction Strong knowledge of roads and civil works Confident communicator with solid leadership skills Sound understanding of WHS and site compliance requirements If you’re ready to take the next step and join a contractor that values your contribution, we’d love to hear from you.
