What You'll Be Doing You'll be the go-to person ensuring the office runs smoothly while providing high-level administrative and executive support. Your day will include: Coordinating office and facilities management Managing maintenance requests and office supplies Handling incoming calls and correspondence Managing executive diaries and coordinating schedules Organising domestic and international travel Preparing presentations, reports, spreadsheets, and documentation Maintaining filing systems and ensuring smooth information flow Supporting leadership with efficient, proactive administrative assistance What We're Looking For We're seeking someone who is confident, detail-oriented, and thrives in a structured corporate environment.
