At Kubota Australia we distribute and provide after sales support for high value, exceptional quality construction, agricultural farm machinery, implements and associated products. In your new role, you will achieve target sales within an allocated zone (Western Australia) across the assigned product portfolio. Effectively manage relationships and accounts with Kubota Business partners and Dealers, engaging in strategic activities and consultations to optimise marketing and sales performance. Support product coordination and carry out administrative tasks as needed to ensure Kubota meet market demand within the relevant market segments. From a day to day perspective, your main responsibilities will include, but not limited to: Manage B2B relationships and sales activities within the allocated region and product lines, ensuring alignment with Kubota's Dealership Agreement, policies and targets Provide consultative support to dealer across areas such as budgeting, rebate programs, co-op advertising, stock management, marketing, customer service, and competitor analysis Maintain and report on Kubota market share data for internal decision-making and external industry reporting Coordinate with suppliers and internals teams to ensure product quality and relevance to the market Lead training and product knowledge sessions for dealer and OEM personnel Represent Kubota at external events, managing logistics, site setup, risk assessment, and product presentations Support new product launches and related project tasks as required Contribute to internal projects aimed at enhancing sales performance (as directed) Perform additional duties within the scope of skill and experience (as directed) Ensure workplace safety for self and others, complying with all OHS policies, particularly during remote work or site visits Requirements To be successful in this role, your resume would include: Tertiary qualification in business/ similar (preferred) or commensurate industry experience Valid Driver's license Valid Passport and satisfy any and all conditions allowing interstate or international travel License/ certification/ ticket for any equipment operated (as required during employment) Proven successful sales and marketing experience, preferably in relation to selling capital equipment (agricultural/ construction/ PE equipment preferred) Strong track record of B2B sales success including proven ability to utilise market intelligence to influence or pivot sales strategy/ tactics Senior level relationship and account management experience and skills Applied technical knowledge in relation to common diesel engine and generator products (knowledge of Kubota product range preferred) Demonstrated business acumen, including an understanding of small business management challenges and processes Highly developed interpersonal, communication, influencing and negotiation skills Strong numeracy skills and attention to detail Effective, demonstrated organisational and time management skills Demonstrated customer centric, pragmatic, direct approach to doing business, problem solving and issue resolution Knowledge of relevant and applicable Australian and New Zealand Standards and Trade Practices Act, International Standards and applicable OHS legislation Proficient in the use of a range of applications, including but not limited to; ERP system/s, MS Office/Google Suites IMPORTANT TO NOTE Kubota is committed to achieving a diverse workforce.
