We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst – Data Cloud & Personalisation to support a large-scale Customer 360 and data-driven marketing transformation initiative. This role will be instrumental in defining segmentation strategies, activation use cases and cross-channel personalisation capabilities aligned to Salesforce Data Cloud. You will work closely with brand stakeholders, technology teams and delivery partners to translate data-driven objectives into structured requirements and scalable solutions. In this role, you will be involved in enterprise discovery workshops, current and future state process design, data requirement definition, governance alignment, stakeholder coordination and delivery support. What we are looking for. Proven experience with Salesforce Data Cloud (CDP) Exposure to Marketing Cloud and personalisation platforms Strong understanding of customer identity resolution, data unification and segmentation logic Demonstrated experience defining Customer 360 use cases and journey orchestration Strong data literacy combined with structured business analysis capability Experience writing complex epics, detailed user stories and measurable acceptance criteria Skilled in workshop facilitation and cross-functional stakeholder engagement Experience working in enterprise or multi-brand environments Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies Strong documentation, communication and analytical skills This is an exciting 6-month contract (with strong likelihood of extension) to contribute to a business-critical data transformation program.
