We are partnering with a large Queensland Government digital services provider delivering high-volume, customer-facing platforms used by millions of Queenslanders. This team sits at the centre of whole-of-government digital delivery, building secure, scalable and modern cloud solutions that enable connected services across phone, chat, counter and online channels. This is an opportunity to play a key leadership role in shaping enterprise AWS capability within a complex, high-security environment. The Opportunity As the Senior Cloud AWS Engineer, you will provide advanced cloud infrastructure and DevOps expertise across a multi-account AWS environment. You will lead platform engineering initiatives, guide architectural direction, and mentor technical specialists while driving secure, cloud-native solutions at scale. This role requires strong stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to present architectural options, run workshops and contribute to solution proposals. This is an intitial 6 month contract with extension options & remote work. Please note, this role closes on the 27th FEB, only candidates with full work rights based in Brisbane can be considered.
