ConsultANZ is looking for an experienced Piling Rig Operator in NSW to join a leading piling contractor on delivering infrastructure and civil construction projects. This is a hands-on role where you’ll operate piling rigs and support piling crews, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to high-quality standards. Main Duties: Operate piling rigs safely and efficiently on site. Perform self-performing CFA, bored, driven, and Secant wall piling operations. Assist in coordinating piling crews and work schedules. Monitor and maintain piling equipment and materials. Follow Quality, Health & Safety, and Environmental compliance procedures. Prepare accurate records, reports, and documentation related to piling activities. Provide support and technical guidance to the team as required. Requirements: Minimum 8 years’ experience as a Foreman, Supervisor, or Piling Rig Operator on civil infrastructure projects. Hands-on experience operating Bauer, Casagrande, Soilmec, or similar piling rigs. Strong knowledge and experience in piling and ground improvement works. Proven experience with CFA, bored piling, driven piles, and Secant wall techniques . Solid understanding of Quality, Health & Safety, and Environmental standards. Ability to work closely with Project Managers to deliver projects on time and to specification. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Benefits: Full-time permanent position.
