Skilled with estimating software (CostX, Cubit, Buildsoft, or similar). Detail-oriented and practical in problem-solving. Good communicator who works well with colleagues, suppliers, and subcontractors. Construction, quantity surveying, or related qualifications (advantageous). About the Role Prepare estimates, take-offs, and tender documents. Review plans and specifications for accuracy. Collect and compare supplier and subcontractor pricing. Support competitive and realistic bid development. Assist with post-tender reporting and cost tracking.
