Confident reading and interpreting drawings, specifications, and tender docs. Strong skills in quantity take-offs, cost analysis, and preparing competitive estimates. Good communication skills to work with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams. Comfortable using estimating software (CostX, Planswift, Bluebeam) and Excel. Relevant qualifications in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or Engineering are a plus. About the Role Prepare accurate estimates, cost plans, and tender submissions. Conduct detailed quantity take-offs and cost evaluations. Source and compare subcontractor and supplier pricing. Review drawings and scope documents for accuracy.
