Job Description The Opportunity As Account Manager, you will: Lead the end-to-end strategic and operational management of a national portfolio Act as the primary senior interface between Cushman & Wakefield and the client Drive account performance, retention and sustainable growth Oversee hard and soft FM service delivery across multiple sites Own financial performance including P&L, budgeting and reforecasting Lead-governance, compliance, risk management and contractor performance Coach and develop a multidisciplinary FM team nationally You will play a critical role in ensuring services are delivered safely, efficiently and in line with agreed KPIs, SLAs and commercial objectives. Key Responsibilities Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders across property, finance, operations and risk Lead portfolio reviews, performance reporting and governance forums Identify value-add opportunities and continuous improvement initiatives Own P&L performance and financial outcomes for the account Facilities & Operational Management Provide senior oversight of hard & soft FM services nationally Ensure planned, reactive and lifecycle maintenance is delivered on time and within budget Act as escalation point for critical incidents and emergency response Maintain accurate asset registers and portfolio data Financial & Risk Management Lead annual budget build and forecasting (opex, capex, lifecycle) Monitor compliance with WHS, environmental and regulatory obligations Manage contractor performance and drive corrective action where required Support internal and external audits Leadership & Culture Lead and mentor Facilities Coordinators and support teams Promote a strong “one team” culture across shared services Model safety, compliance and professional standards About You You are a confident senior FM professional who combines operational depth with strong commercial capability. You will bring: 5 years’ experience in Facilities Management (national or multi-site portfolio preferred) Strong financial acumen including budget ownership and P&L accountability Demonstrated experience managing complex client relationships Proven ability to deliver against KPIs and SLAs Strong understanding of risk, compliance and governance Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills A proactive, solutions-focused mindset Experience in healthcare or complex regulated environments will be highly regarded.
