Impact you will have in this role The newly created role of Senior Digital Content & Project Manager will lead the strategy, delivery and continuous improvement of SCIA’s inclusive digital content program across the Resource Hub. Central to the role is developing and embedding a practical content framework to guide quarterly and annual planning, ensuring consistency, clarity and measurable impact. You will combine strategic oversight with hands-on execution to deliver high-quality, accessible content across web, audio, video and emerging digital channels. A key focus will be embedding lived experience into content creation. You will establish and lead an advisory committee of people with lived experience of disability and build a sustainable volunteer content creator model, ensuring respectful and meaningful integration across all initiatives. Accessibility, inclusion and accountability underpin this position. You will ensure content meets WCAG standards and inclusive design best practice, while driving promotion, performance measurement and continuous improvement through data-led insights and collaboration. Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end digital content strategy, planning and delivery aligned to organisational priorities of SCIA’s Resource Hub Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets and risk processes Establish and oversee a structured content framework across quarterly and annual cycles Coordinate multi-channel content delivery across web, audio, video and other digital platforms Monitor performance metrics and use insights to drive continuous improvement Establish and lead advisory committees, including governance and quarterly forums Build and support a diverse network of volunteer content creators with lived experience Oversee volunteer onboarding, training and ongoing engagement Ensure all digital content meets WCAG accessibility standards and inclusive design best practice Maintain quality, consistency and user experience across all channels Implement and manage a digital measurement framework using analytics and A/B testing Manage project and content budgets, ensuring value for money Collaborate with external agencies and freelancers, monitoring delivery and outcomes Provide regular reporting on performance, budget and project progress Skills and Experience Tertiary qualifications in marketing, communications, accessibility, or a related field Strong knowledge of inclusive design principles and WCAG (AA and AAA) accessibility standards Proven experience creating accessible, inclusive digital content for people with disability Extensive experience developing tailored, supportive campaigns and content for communities Ability to align marketing initiatives with accessibility best practice and inclusive customer experience principles Proficiency in web accessibility evaluation tools to assess and improve digital content Skilled in Adobe Creative Cloud and Canva to produce accessible, high-quality materials Experience using CRM systems, audience segmentation and customer journey mapping to deliver data-driven strategies Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and overlapping deadlines Collaborative team contributor who fosters open communication and inclusive planning Professional, respectful and constructive stakeholder engagement Maintains high levels of confidentiality, integrity and accountability Applications Please apply by uploading your resume.
