ABC MADE is responsible for creating distinctive promotional material for the organisation from advertising campaigns to TV promos and beyond. About The Role The Project Producer drives the end-to-end delivery of motion, promotional and broader creative campaigns across ABC Made. Reporting to the Innovation & Operations Lead, this role sits at the intersection of creativity and execution — ensuring strong ideas are delivered with structure and discipline. Working closely with designers, editors, motion, promo and creative leads, you will bring clarity to briefs and alignment to brand and audience objectives. You’ll manage projects from initial scoping through to production, post-production and review — building timelines, securing resources, managing budgets and keeping stakeholders informed and aligned. You will oversee smaller shoots directly and support Production Managers on larger productions, ensuring safe, efficient and high-quality delivery. Along the way, you’ll actively monitor workflow, anticipate risks, manage competing priorities and maintain momentum across multiple projects. This includes commissioning and briefing external vendors, tracking costs, reconciling budgets and maintaining accurate project data. Beyond individual campaigns, you’ll contribute in post-implementation reviews and identifying smarter ways to strengthen process, resourcing and creative operations. As part of ABC Made, you will model the ABC Values and uphold your responsibilities in relation to safety, wellbeing and inclusion. About You You are an experienced project or campaign producer within a motion, promo and/or multimedia environment. You know how to manage complex creative projects without losing sight of the idea at the heart of the work. You bring structure and clarity to fast-moving environments. You can support creative ambition while protecting timelines, budgets and operational discipline. You are comfortable coordinating shoots, managing post-production workflows and working closely with multidisciplinary teams.
