Job Description Performance & Paid Media Strategy Develop and execute multi-channel paid media strategies across search, social, display, video, affiliate and ATL Balance short-term performance with long-term impact Identify new growth opportunities across emerging channels and trends Partner with creative and brand teams to develop strong, performance-led messaging Ensure campaigns are driven by data, customer insight and commercial objectives. Budget Ownership & Optimisation Manage and allocate significant media budgets across channels Optimise channel mix to maximise ROI and customer quality Forecast performance and proactively adjust investment based on results. Performance Improvement Continuously test, learn and optimise through structured experimentation Improve CPA, conversion rates and incrementality Discover and test CRO opportunities across web, app and funnels Work closely with analytics to refine attribution and measurement frameworks. Stakeholder Collaboration & Reporting Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align acquisition efforts with product, broker network and retail initiatives Provide clear, commercially focused reporting to senior stakeholders Translate performance data into actionable recommendations.
