GR Production Services is a division of GR Engineering Services (ASX: GNG). The Role As the Human Resources Administrator, you will provide essential administrative support across all HR functions. You’ll join a high‑performing team known for getting things done, operating with excellence, and living our GRPS values every day. You’ll deliver exceptional employee support across recruitment and onboarding - coordinating advertising and interviews to managing pre‑employment and HRIS setup. You’ll maintain accurate employee records, collaborate closely with the Training Coordinator and HR Advisors, and assist with general HR administration. You’ll also manage HR communications, respond to employee enquiries, and contribute to engagement activities across the organisation. Qualifications and Experience Required: Previous experience within an administration role that is employee facing Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail A high-energy, can-do attitude with a commitment to delivering outcomes efficiently and effectively Compliance mindset, detail-focused, and understand the importance of data accuracy and documentation quality An action-oriented approach – step in, step up and drive tasks to completion Demonstrated experience in a position where confidentiality and discretion is key Ability to build relationships quickly and maintain throughout the employee lifecycle What We Offer: At GR Production Services, we are committed to delivering excellence across the energy and resources sector.
