In this dynamic role as Multimodal Career Development Learning Designer, you’ll work closely with Career Development and key partners across the University (including the Library, ITaLI and Faculties) to design and deliver engaging career development learning resources. You’ll leverage educational technologies and learning design principles to create impactful digital content that supports students and alumni throughout their employability journey. Creating, publishing and maintaining employability content, including website materials, online learning modules and career resources. Support Career Development with data visualization for reporting and presentation activities. Supporting major career events such as Resume Reviews, Recruitment Essentials Day, Orientation and Employability Week, engaging directly with students and alumni. Experience using educational technologies including LMS platforms (Blackboard/Moodle), Articulate, H5P, ePortfolio systems, and social media tools, with exposure to learner data and analytics. Proven ability to design and develop engaging online learning resources for a dynamic organisation; intermediate to advanced skills in HTML, CSS and JavaScript are highly desirable. Strong understanding of the Australian higher education sector and graduate employability challenges. Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement and project management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and work collaboratively across teams.
