Why this role matters As our Talent Acquisition Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping how Endeavour Foundation attracts, engages and hires talent across frontline, specialist and corporate roles. You’ll lead a dedicated team, partner closely with leaders across the organisation, and continuously evolve our attraction strategies to meet workforce demand in a challenging and competitive market. Your work will directly impact our ability to deliver safe, inclusive and high-quality services to the people we support. What you’ll be responsible for Leading the end-to-end delivery of recruitment services across the organisation, with a strong focus on candidate experience, inclusion and quality of hire Managing high-volume and business-critical recruitment, particularly frontline and specialist roles Building strong, trusted partnerships with leaders to deliver practical, solutions-focused recruitment advice Developing and embedding innovative talent pipelines and targeted attraction strategies, including new entrants to the disability sector Leading, coaching and developing the Talent Acquisition team, ensuring clear priorities, capability uplift and sustainable workloads Owning and optimising the recruitment budget, systems and vendor partnerships Ensuring strong governance and compliance across recruitment processes, safeguarding requirements and employment legislation Using data and insights to report on recruitment performance and drive continuous improvement What you’ll bring Demonstrated experience leading a recruitment or talent acquisition team in a medium to large organisation Strong capability in full-cycle recruitment, sourcing strategies and employer branding Proven ability to partner and influence at all levels, including senior leaders Experience managing competing priorities in a high-demand, operational environment A values-led leadership style, with a genuine commitment to safety, inclusion and continuous improvement Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Management or a related field (desirable) Why join Endeavour Foundation?
